A very Dear friend of mine ,is mobile wheelchair bound,an is dire need of some home improvements ?

he is not able to do himself.Due to paralysis in his hands.he needs threshold bumper guards ,broken windows to be fixed ,bathroom repair and so on,these things will help make his life somewhat better,.Are there or does anyone know of any government loans or such,or know of anything or of any anything or any type of program that can help him,i am at my wits end on searching so Ive turned to the best resource i know of and that is the wonderful yahoo People here ,thanks and god bless you all

Go to your Local City Hall ,and get information there..

Next is go to the CITY BUILDING & Safety office,there are contractors that are willing to do this for free with the assistance of the City itself…

Next is Your Local Senior Center, they have volunteers that do this as well, so see the coordinator…

Finally is your Neighborhood United Way or Habitat for Humanity
