Best mens electric razor for around $100?
Need to get my man a v-day gift. Any ideas?
I just bought my Uncle a Remington Titanium 360.
He’s very elderly living in a care facility and it’s the one recommended to me.
It gives a good close shave and is great for sensitive skin.
It was marked at $103, but I got it for $85!
It has both corded & cordless operation and can be rinsed out under water (which is good, as the nurses may not take it apart to clean).
There is another one (slightly more expensive), exactly the same but with an LED readout.

Electric Shavers – Close Shave in Moments
Men need to shave in order to look clean and tidy. They need to maintain an elegant and professional personality. Clean shaved look is preferred by most men as it gives them a sophisticated and impressive persona that is admired by most people. These days, a variety of shavers are available in the market; however they need to be really fine in terms of quality. A low quality razor may leave marks and bruises on the skin and can also make cuts.
Electric shavers are an awesome alternative for the traditional razors. Men can have a close and fine shave with these equipments with great ease. These shavers usually contain an oscillating and moving blade that helps to trim and cut the facial hairs. One does not need to use shaving soaps, creams or foams with them. They are usually loaded with a DC powered motor that offers the oscillatory motion and works with rechargeable batteries.
Most of the shavers have the foil variety that has a number of metal bands layered together. These are used to pull out the small hair before they are cut and then letting the remaining part of the hair retract in the skin. There is one another design in which the blades have circular structure and are arranged in triangular pattern to offer shaving. The Remington Razors were produced in 1937 and these were the first successful range of branded electric shavers. The inventor from the Philips laboratories Prof. Alexandre Horowitz gave the most innovative revolving razor for the first time. It consists of various cutters that trim the hair.
The earlier models of these devices were to be used only on the dry skin; however the recent new ones allow the use of creams and moisturizers too. The initial razors were powered by the AC outlet; however now there are other options also available like the rechargeable batteries. There are various brands present in the market that manufacture quality electric razors and other shaving accessories like trimmers etc. Braun, Phillips, Remington, Gillette etc. are the few renowned brands that produce highly sophisticated and efficient electric shavers.
