ACHING PAIN in ANKLE/FOOT ARC……….!!!?

Aching Ankle/Foot for the past 6 months. Pain killers do help to some extent but not completly. The paingets eliviated with physical activity like walking/standing. Some sort of swelling as well on the arc of the foot pressing which the patient gets temporary releif.

There are many root causes of foot pain. Perhaps your symptom is caused by something that is outside of the box. It is not known by most physicians that:

+ Excess drinking of milk protein can leach calcium from bones. The best source of calcium is leafy green vegetables. This is documented in a study of 17,000 adult women over an extended number of years. The dairy lobby has been effective in obscuring the truth.

+ A symptom of fluoride poisoning is weakening of bones and brittle bones. Using government standards, if you consume a lot of fluoride through drinking water, toothpaste, and/or workplace exposure, you can experience skeletal problems. I exceeded government standards because I drink a lot of water each day. Many domestic and European scientists consider this exposure to fluoride to be very dangerous. The US standards tend to favor industry.

I’d consider eating more leafy green vegetables and consider avoiding dairy products completely (dairy is not necessary for a healthy diet). I’d also find a bottled water supplier that does not use fluoridated water. Stop using fluoride in toothpaste and dental treatments. (These have not been proven to be safe and effective. All I can find are hired-gun scientist endorsements. There are not objective scientific studies that back this claim of benefit.)

Sadly, fluoride accumulates in your bones over many years. There is no known cure.
